At Great Eastern Entertainment, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion and apparel purchases. If you are not happy with your order, you may return or exchange unworn and unwashed items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and the specific items you wish to return or exchange to receive an RMA number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original, resaleable condition.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested exchange items within 5-7 business days.
